摘要 通过不等厚不锈钢钢电阻点焊工艺研究,总结不等厚不锈钢电阻点焊的工艺特性。研究了点焊工艺参数与06Cr19Ni10不锈钢点焊接头性能的影响和接头组织及焊接缺陷的分析。不同焊接参数,对焊接接头的性能影响不同,焊接电流对0.5mm的不锈钢影响不大;1.0和1.5mm时,随着电流的增加,硬度减小,同时熔核与塑性环的差值比熔核与分界线的差值波动大,易在塑性环区断裂。此外,焊接时间对1.0的熔核硬度影响非常大,反之1.5的影响不大,并且,三者间的差值突变不剧烈,断口是往往从熔核与塑性环处。点焊中,焊接缺欠与焊接工艺有着巨大的关系。 Through the research on the resistance spot welding technology of stainless steel with different thickness,the characteristics of resistance spot welding technology of stainless steel with different thickness are summarized.The influence of spot welding technology parameters and the joint property of spot welding technology of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel are studied,the joint organization and welding defects are analyzed.The influence of different welding parameters on the performance of the welded joint is different,the impact of welding current on 0.5mm stainless steel is not big.When the stainless steel is 1.0mm and 1.5mm,with the increase of current,the hardness of it decreases,at the same time,the difference between nugget and plastic area is bigger than that between nugget and boundary,it is easy to fracture in the plastic area.In addition,the influence of welding time on the hardness of 1.0 nugget is very remarkable,whereas the influence of it on 1.5 is not remarkable,and the mutation among the three is not intense,fracture is often in nugget and plastic area.In spot welding,welding defect has a great relationship with welding technology.
