摘要
德国应用科技大学与我国高等职业本科教育在人才培养上有很多相似之处,但由于发展时间和历程的不同,两者在入学条件、人才培养目标、专业设置、课程体系和师资队伍等方面均有不同。相比德国应用科技大学,我国高等职业本科教育还处于起步阶段,社会地位不高,培养模式不够完善。通过对两者的比较和研究,结合我国国情,吸取德国应用科技大学在人才培养上的优势,对我国高等职业本科教育提出可借鉴的建议。
The university of applied sciences in Germany has many similarities in the talent training with the higher vocational undergraduate education in China.But because of the different development time and history,the entrance conditions,personnel training target,major setting,course system,teaching staff and other aspects of the two are different.Compared with the university of applied sciences in Germany,the higher vocational undergraduate education in China is still in its infancy,social status is not high,the training mode is not perfect.Through the comparison and study of the two,combined with China's national conditions,this paper learns the advantages of the university of applied sciences in Germany in talents cultivation and puts forward valuable suggestions for the higher vocational undergraduate education in China.
