摘要
TOC以发现约束、分析约束、解决约束从而提高系统绩效。精益方法关注于减少浪费、优化流程和降低成本。而六西格玛旨在消除变异、稳定流程、获得顾客满意和最终显著提高绩效。三者本质上都是旨在实现持续改进的管理模式,存在互补优势。为此,本文在精益六西格玛一般模型的基础上提出了结合TOC的改善模型,然后利用该模型对产品SN的生产系统优化为例,以验证该模型的有效性。
TOC improves system performance by discovering、analyzing and solving constraints.Lean Production focuses on reducing wastes,optimizing the process and reducing cost.And the Six Sigma aims at eliminating variations,stabilizing process,gaining customer satisfaction and ultimately boosting performance significantly.All the above three are essentially aim to achieve continuous improvement of the management pattern,there are also complementary advantages.Therefore,on the basis of the general model of Lean Six Sigma,the paper proposes the improvement model combined with TOC,and then makes use of the model to analyze and improve the production system of SN to verify the validity of the model.
