With the improvement of economy level in China, more and more cities begin to develop the construction of transport infrastructure. In the construction of a highway project, becauses of the existence of uncertainty factors, there are the risk in the engineering construction. How to do a good job for the construction risk management and ensure the smooth operation of the project operation becomes a very important job today. This papper studies the risk management analysis of highway construction project and its countermeasures.
