The Personnel Training Study for Urban Rail Traffic Construction Engineering Technology Based on Position Task and Ability Analysis Theory

国家示范高职院校进行"后示范建设",要立足于服务区域经济发展,城市轨道交通行业已成各地区建设新的经济增长点,针对城市轨道交通土建工程的特点,在城轨行业、企业和专业调研的基础上,分析城市轨道交通土建工程施工企业从业人员的岗位任务,提出以培养企业高技能人才岗位能力为基础的专业建设思路。

National demonstrative higher vocational schools should carry our ＂post exemplary construction＂ based on regional economic development. The urban rail traffic industry has become a new economic increase point in all regions. According to the characteristics of urban rail traffic construction, through investigation in urban rail industry and enterprise, the post responsibilities and tasks of employees of urban rail transit civil engineering construction enterprises are analyzed, and a new way on specialty construction for urban rail traffic construct enterprise by actual position and ability is proposed to improve students＇ innovative skill and capability.
