高职电子专业层次化人才培养模式探究

Stratified Personnel Training Mode for Electronics Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等教育的大发展,带来了诸多问题。对于高等职业院校来讲,生源的多样化与人才培养质量之间的矛盾尤为突出。本文分析了分层次分类型人才培养模式的内涵、实施层次化人才培养的必要性,并针对电子信息工程专业生源现状,从三个方面提出了层次化人才培养的具体举措,包括:专业方向上的层次性、教学内容上的差异性、教学形式上的多样性。

The development of higher education has brought many problems. For higher vocational colleges, the contradiction between the diversification of students and talent training quality is particularly obvious. This paper analyzes the connotation of stratified personnel training mode, and the necessity of implementing stratified personnel training, and puts forward the concrete measures according to current situation of electronic information engineering specialty students from three aspects including： layering in professional direction, difference in teaching content, and diversity in teaching form.
