90后住房租买选择意向及影响因素研究

On the Choice Intention of Renting or Buying House of after 90s and Influencing Factors

本文对90后住房租买选择意向进行研究,发现90后偏好购买住房。根据290份问卷调查分析,得到影响90后偏好购房的因素主要有自有住房优势、心理因素和国家政策。90后选择租房的因素主要为经济不允许。

This paper studies the housing choice intension of the generation after 90 s and found that they prefer to buy house rather than rent. Based on 290 questionnaires investigation analysis, the influencing factors of preference in buying house of after 90 s mainly include ownership advantages, psychological factors and national policy. The main reason for those choosing renting house is money problem.
