随着我国煤炭市场的持续低迷,精益化管理已逐步在各煤矿企业中全面开展开来。连采队伍是煤矿企业的主要队伍之一。在本文中,将就如何搞好连采队伍的精益化管理进行分析与探讨。
With the continuous weakness of China＇s coal market, lean management has been gradually carried out in coal mine enterprises. Continuous mining team is one of the main forces of coal mining enterprises. This article discusses how to do a good job in lean management of continuous mining team.
