2004-2013年阿坝州突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis on Public Health Emergencies in Aba Prefecture,2004-2013

目的了解四川省阿坝州公共卫生突发事件的特点和原因。方法对阿坝州2004-2013年发生的突发公共卫生事件进行回顾性调查分析。结果 10年来阿坝州发生公共卫生突发事件60起,发病2 352人,死亡5人,病死率0.21%。主要为传染病暴发疫情、食物中毒和新发传染病疫情,分别占发病人数的83.33%、8.33%和8.33%和死亡人数的80.00%、20.00%和0.00%。结论公共卫生突发事件严重危害人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,应重视其发生原因,并采取针对性的有效控制措施。

Objective To understand the characteristics and causes of public health emergencies in Aba prefecture.Methods Retrospective research method was adopted to analyze the public health emergencies in Aba in 2004- 2013. Results In the last 10 years,a total of 60 public health emergencies were reported in Aba,with a sum of 2352 cases,5 deaths and a mortality rate of 0. 21%. The epidemic were mainly infectious diseases,food poisoning and emerging infectious disease,accounting for 83. 33%,8. 33% and 8. 33% of the total cases ant 80. 00%,20. 00% and 0. 00% of the death cases. Conclusion The public health emergencies severely impairs the health and life safety of the people,the cases need to be paid close attention to and pertinent measures should be taken to against the diseases.
