社会资本拥有状况直接影响新生代农民工市民化进程,进而影响社会和谐。为了顺利推进新型城镇化,使新生代农民工真正融入城市,顺利实现其市民化,必须破解新型城镇化进程中新生代农民工社会资本困境,努力拓展私人关系型社会资本,大力发展组织型社会资本,为新生代农民工市民化营造外部环境,提供组织保障。

The social capital possess situation of new migrant workers directly affects their process of being real citizens and thus affects the harmony of the society. In order to facilitate the new citizenization, it is necessary to vigorously expand private relational social cap- itals and rapidly develop organizational social capitals so as to offer them chances of becoming new citizens and provide external envi-ronments and organizational securities for them.
