摘要
在知识经济与全球化时代,高校不可能仅仅依靠其自身的运作来达到研究生教育的要求,必须协同一切可以协同的力量(政府、社会组织)来提升研究生的教育质量。只有当政府、高校、社会这三维主体实现权力分享,才能都拥有参与研究生教育的权利与机会;并且只有当政府、高校、社会这三维主体协同参与研究生教育,建立好协同机制,才能更好地提升研究生教育的教育绩效。
Facing the trend of knowledge economy and globalization,universities can not only rely on their own operation to meet the needs of postgraduate education. They should collaborate any power that can be collaborated ( the government, social organizations) to improve the quality of postgraduate education. Only when the government, universities and society, these three dimensional subjects re- alize the power sharing, can all of them have the rights and opportunities to participate in postgraduate education. And only when the three dimensional subjects cooperate in postgraduate education, and establish good cooperative mechanism, can we promote the educa-tional performance of postgraduate education in a better way.
