University student party members are the backbone force of the university students and the education management of university student party members is an important part of University party building work. Under the constantly developing and changing social circumstances, some deficiencies exist in the process of the cultivation and education of university student party members whose main members are the post-90s students. How to improve the quality of party members and strictly manage them have become great problems for party building work： By starting from the present situation of the post-90s student party members, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the student party members＇ education management work and further explores the necessity of strictly managing student party members. It also discusses the innovation of the university student party members＇ education management system and the long-term mechanism of strictly managing student party members.
