摘要
首次建立利用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术检测二硬化牛油烷基二甲基氯化铵(DHTDMAC)的方法。经对比选择了高提取效率的甲醇超声提取法,并优化了超声提取的温度、时间;以氨基柱为分析柱,乙酸/甲醇为流动相,在10 min内完成对二硬化牛油烷基二甲基氯化铵的定性、定量分析,结果表明,本法简便、快速、准确、可靠。
High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technique was established for the first time, which was used for the detection of di(hydrogentated tallow) alkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DHTDMAC). The ultrasonic extraction method with high extraction efficiency was screened as the extraction method, and the temperature and time of ultrasonic extraction were optimized. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of DHTDMAC could be done in 10 min, with amine column as analytical column, acetic acid/methanol as mobile phase in SRM mode. The results showed that this method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
