2型糖尿病肝功能异常患者血尿酸水平分析

The Level of Serum Uric Acid in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Abnormal Liver Function

目的:观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)肝功能异常患者血尿酸(SUA)水平,探讨SUA水平对T2DM患者肝功能的影响。方法:选择2011年6月-2014年12月我院住院T2DM患者89例,其中肝功能异常患者41例,肝功能正常患者48例,采用酶法检测SUA,比较两组SUA水平及合并高尿酸血症(HUA)率。结果:T2DM肝功能异常组SUA水平明显高于T2DM肝功能正常组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.272,P<0.01);T2DM肝功能异常组合并HUA率明显高于T2DM肝功能正常组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.181,P<0.01)。结论:SUA水平升高可能是导致T2DM患者肝功能异常的重要因素之一。

Objective：To observe the level of serum uric acid（SUA）in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）with abnormal liver function,and to investigate the effect of SUA on liver function in patients with T2 DM.Methods：89patients with T2 DM in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2014 were selected,including 41 patients with abnormal liver function,48 patients with normal liver function.SUA was measured by enzymatic method.The level of SUA and the rate of hyperuricemia（HUA）were compared.Results：The level of SUA in patients with T2 DM with abnormal liver function was higher than normal liver function（t=3.272,P〈0.01）,the rate of HUA in patients with T2 DM with abnormal liver function was higher than normal liver function（χ2=8.181,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：High SUA may be one of the important factors that lead to abnormal liver function in patients with T2 DM.
