摘要 原发性高血压是心血管疾病最主要的危险因素,也是最常见的危害人类健康的心血管疾病[1]。肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,RAAS)是机体内调控血压的最重要机制之一。越来越多的研究表明,血管紧张素转换酶2(angiotensin converting enzyme 2,ACE2)是RAAS中的关键调控酶,
