无创心脏影像学检查在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值 被引量:22

摘要 以往对冠心病的诊断和治疗取决于冠状动脉解剖狭窄的程度,因此,有创的冠状动脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)成为诊断冠心病的金标准。但是,近年研究结果显示,冠状动脉解剖学狭窄对心肌灌注和心肌灌注储备的影响更重要,心肌灌注异常是冠心病心肌缺血的第一个临床表现[1]。
