肺康复训练对截瘫晚期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨肺康复训练对截瘫晚期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法将98例脊髓损伤患者随机分为实验组(49例)和对照组(49例),两组患者均接受常规康复治疗,实验组增加12个月的肺康复功能锻炼。通过其肺功能检测、SF-36生活质量表评分、日常生活活动能力监测,来分析肺康复训练对高位截瘫晚期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。结果实验组接受肺康复训练后,相较于对照组,肺功能指标包括FEV_1(L)、MVV、FVC、FEV_1/FVC有显著提高(P<0.01);生活质量的四个指标包括生理职能、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康显著提高(P<0.01)。FIM评定值有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论肺功能康复训练对高位截瘫晚期患者的肺功能和生活质量有显著提高,肺康复训练可改善病人的肺功能,提高病人的日常活动能力和生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and life quality of patients with advanced paraplegia. Methods 98 patients with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the experimental group (49 cases) and the control group (49 cases). The experimental group acquired pulmonary rehabilitation training. Pulmonary function test, SF-36 quality of life scale activity, ability of daily life were performed to analyze the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on function and quality of life of patients with advanced high paraplegia. Results After pulmonary rehabilitation training, the pulmonary function indexes of FEVl (L), MVV, FVC, and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group improved significantly (P 〈0. 01 ). The scores of life quality ( physiological function, physiological role, social function, emotional role and mental health) of the experiment groups improved significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training can obviously improve their pulmonary function, life quality and ability of daily activities of patients with advanced high paraplegia.
