摘要
为进一步深化教学改革,加强校企深度合作,众多高职院校开展了校企合作体制机制建设。镇江高等专科学校旅游学院借助校企共育专业人才,以教改技改项目为抓手,整合校企双方优势资源,探索构建了"双导师"+"双融合"校企合作机制,较好地促进学生专业认知与认同、"双师型"教师队伍建设、校内外实训基地建设、课程开发及培训,有效提升了学生的专业忠诚度和教师的专业技能水平。
Many higher vocational colleges carry out the construction of college-enterprise cooperation mechanism and system in order to further deepen teaching reform and enhance depth of college-enterprise cooperation. With the help of college-enterprise cooperation,School of Tourism,Zhenjiang College,cultivates professional talents,focuses on teaching and professional skills reform,integrates the advantage resources of college and enterprise,then explores to build a college-enterprise cooperation mechanism named "dual mentor + dual fusion ". It promotes students' cognition and identification on profession,construction of dual-professional teachers team and training bases in and out of school,curriculum's development and training,which improves students' professional loyalty and teacher's professional skill levels effectively.
