基于FMEA分析的路面铣刨机设计方法研究

摘要 结合路面铣刨机的工作及设计特点,以HM2100A型路面铣刨机为例,将FMEA分析方法应用于路面铣刨机研发过程,形成系统安全性报告和系统可靠性报告。应用结果表明,结合该方法进行路面铣刨机设计,可以提高产品的安全性和可靠性,节省研发成本、缩短产品开发周期。 Taking HM2100 A road milling machine as the model,the FMEA method integrated the working condition and design features is applied to the research and development process of the road milling machine. It makes the in-depth analysis of the various problems that may arise in the different systems,presents the preventive measures for its effective control,and works out a safety and reliability report of the specialized system. Application results show that the adopted method greatly has improved the product's safety and reliability,and furthermore it has provided an important solution to save the research costs and shorten the production cycle.
