早期护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿智能及运动发育的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on intellectual development and psychomotor development in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopath

目的探讨早期护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿(HIE)智能及运动发育的影响。方法 86例HIE新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。2组均接受常规治疗,对照组实施对症护理,观察组在对症护理基础上实施早期护理干预,比较2组干预前及干预后6个月体质量、身高、智力发育指数(MDI)及运动发育指数(PDI),并采用Gesell发育量表对智能发育商进行评定。结果干预后6个月,2组体质量、身高、MDI及PDI均较干预前显著增加(P<0.01),且观察组各指标增加幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.01);2组应物能、应人能、动作能及言语能评分亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对HIE新生儿进行早期护理干预能有效改善其智能及运动发育,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on intellectual development and psychomotor development in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（ HIE）.Methods A total of 86 HIE neonates were collected and divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional therapy. HIE neonates in control group received symptomatic care while those in observation group were given early nursing intervention additionally. Body weight,height,mental development index（ MDI） and psychomotor development index（ PDI） were compared between groups before and 6 months after intervention. Moreover,Gesell Developmental Scale was applied to assess the intellectual development. Results Body weight,height,MDI and PDI increased obviously 6 months after intervention（ P〈0. 01）. The observation group had larger increasing degree degree of all indicators when compared with control group（ P〈0. 01）. Ability to response to objects and people,ability to action and ability to speak in observation group were remarkably better than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Early nursing intervention for HIE neonates can effectively improve the intellectual development and psychomotor development and improve the quality of life.
