本文根据笔者的实践 ,从计算机学科教学的实际出发 ,提出了承担 2 1世纪中学计算机课程教学的教师的师德、信息意识、学科教学能力及教研能力、软件开发能力等计算机教师信息素质的培养对策 ,并付诸实践 .

Based on author’s practice of teaching computer, offering training countermeasure for computer teacher’s moral, consciousness of information, ability of teaching subject and ability of teaching research, ability of developing software etc in 21 century, and put it to practice.
