摘要
以大麦为原料,利用种子的发芽对亚硒酸钠中的硒进行吸收和转化,制备富硒大麦产品。工艺研究了不同浸泡温度、亚硒酸钠浓度、浸泡时间、萌芽时间条件下麦芽的生长情况及其对硒的富集能力。通过培养条件的优化,得到了最有利于大麦生长及硒富集的工艺参数。对浸泡后溶液进行回收利用,减少了亚硒酸钠的损失,为实现工业化生产奠定了基础。
In order to develop Se-enriched barley products, barley was chosen as a carrier to absorb inorganic selenium in Na2 Se O3 and transform them into organic selenium. The growth of malt and capacity of Se- enrichment were studied through the experiments which used dif ferent soaking temperature, concentration of sodium selenite, soaking time and germination time. The germinating technology of barley by which to gain Se-enriched products was optimized by parameters of the germination rate and the Se content. Recycled the solution after soaking, reducing the waste of sodium selenite, laying a solid foundation for industrialized production.
