摘要
目的:主要对牡蛎肽的基本理化指标进行了测定,并对其清除细胞内ROS含量的能力和T淋巴细胞增殖影响进行研究。方法:采用AAPH[2,2’-Azobis(2-methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride]诱导的Hep G2细胞氧化应激模型评价牡蛎肽缓解细胞内ROS水平的影响,应用刀豆蛋白(Con A)诱导小鼠T-淋巴细胞增殖,选取WST-8法检测不同浓度牡蛎肽对小鼠脾细胞和T淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:牡蛎肽主要含有相对分子量低于1000 u的八肽以下的短肽,具有抑制细胞内ROS生成的能力,并对Con A诱导的T-淋巴细胞增殖有抑制作用。结论:牡蛎肽具有显著的抗氧化能力和抑制T淋巴细胞增殖作用。
Objective: The basic physical and chemical indicators of oyster oligopeptide were measured, and its antioxidant activity and T-lymphocyte proliferation in vitro was study. Methods: The ROS level in cell was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of oyster oligopeptide on AAPH-induced in Hep G2 cells model. The effect of sample on the T-lymphocyte proliferation was detected by WST-8. Results: The relative molecular weight of oyster oligopeptide was less than 1000 u. Oyster oligopeptidehad the higher ability to scavenge lipid peroxidation of free radicals and inhibited Con A-induced T-lymphocyte proliferation ef fect. Conclusion: Oyster oligopeptide has good antioxidant activity, and inhibited T-lymphocyte proliferation.
