摘要
将L-半胱氨酸、纳米金、巯基乙胺修饰Cd Te量子点、噻吩-2-甲醛缩L-半胱氨酸Schiff碱镍配合物(L5-Ni)通过自组装的方式依次修饰在裸金电极的表面,制备完成的修饰电极利用循环伏安方法和电化学交流阻抗方法进行电化学表征,建立了一种快速测定饮料中柠檬黄含量的新方法,柠檬黄浓度在0~2.5 m/L范围内,阳极峰值电流与柠檬黄浓度间具有良好的线性关系,得到的线性方程为I=(-1.88×10^(-4))C-4.36×10^(-5),相关系数r为0.995,检出限为0.37 mg/L,该方法应用于饮料中柠檬黄含量的检测,相对标准偏差RSD在2.15%~3.23%,加标回收率在97.33%~104.02%之间。
In this paper, the L-cysteine, gold nanoparticles, cysteamine modified Cd Te quantum dots and thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde Shrink L-cysteine Schiff base nickel complexes(L5-Ni) followed modified on bare gold electrode surface by selfassembly method. The cyclic voltammetry method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method were used to characterize the prepared modified electrode, a new method for the rapid determination of the content of lemon was established. Lemon yellow concentration was ranged from 0 to 2.5 mg/L. It showed a good linear relationship between the anodic peak current and lemon concentration, and the linear equation was I=(-1.88×10-(-4))C-4.36×10-(-5), the correlation coefficient r=0.995, the detection limit was 0.37 mg/L. This method was used to analyze the content of lemon drinks, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.15% to 3.23%, and the-rate of recovery was ranged from 97.33% to 104.02%.
