基于离子液体的原位溶剂形成微萃取-高效液相测定虾肉中的氯霉素 被引量:1

Determination of chloramphenicol in shrimp using ionic liquid-in situ solvent formation microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立了基于离子液体的原位溶剂形成微萃取-高效液相测定虾肉中氯霉素的新方法。考察并优化了基于离子液体的原位溶剂形成微萃取虾肉中氯霉素的条件,包括离子液体的种类与用量、离子交换剂的种类与用量、微波条件、涡旋震荡时间等。优选最佳萃取条件为:600μL离子液体[C6MIN][BF4]作萃取剂,4000μL LiNTF2作为离子交换试剂,无需微波辐射,旋涡震荡10min,此条件下,虾肉中氯霉素的回收率为92.5%-98.3%,相对标准偏差为3.7%-5.9%,检出限为5.8μg/kg。该法简便、快速、环保。 A novel method for the determination of chloramphenicol in shrimp was developed using ionic liquid-in situ solvent formation microextraction-reversed phase liquid chromatography. Parameters related to extraction of chloramphenicol, such as volumes and types of ionic liquid and ion exchanger, microwave radiation time, vortex time, were optimized. The results indicated that the the optimal extraction conditions were [C6MIN][BF4](600 μL) as extraction solvents, LiNTF2(4000 μL) as ion exchanger, without microwave irradiation, vortex of 10 min, respectively. Under the optimized conditions, ionic liquid-in situ solvent formation microextraction exhibited satisfactory recoveries for Chloramphenicol at three spiked levels ranged from 92.5%-98.3%, with the relative standard deviations of 3.7%-5.9%. It is a simple, convenient, speedy, environment-friendly method for the analysis of Chloramphenicol in shrimp.
