阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Tong Xin Luo capsule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛采用阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗的临床效果情况及对血脂的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2014年6月医院收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗,比较2组临床效果、血脂水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为96.25%明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血脂水平治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低,且观察组TC、TG、LDL-C较对照组明显降低,HDL-C较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中观察组出现不良反应6例(7.50%),对照组出现不良反应5例(6.25%),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,血脂水平恢复正常,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with Tong Xin Luo capsule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 160 patients with 160 cases of unstable angina patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 80 cases. Control group was treated with atorvastatin,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group was treated with the Tong Xin Luo capsule. The clinical effect,blood lipid level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 85%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,2 groups of TG,LDL-C,TC were significantly lower than before treatment,the TG,LDL-C and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Adverse reactions in the observation group were 6 cases（ 7. 50%）,and 5 cases of adverse reactions in the control group（ 6. 25%）,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Tong Xin Luo capsule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is significant,the level of serum lipids is normal,the adverse reactions are few,and it is worthy of clinical application.
