关于提高煤矿综采工作面生产效率问题的探讨

Discussion on Improving Production Efficiency of Fully-mechanized Coal Mining Working Face

提高生产效率是增加经济利润的来源,是企业压缩成本的关键。本文基于煤矿综采工作面的生产实践,采用4M管理体系对影响煤矿综采工作面生产效率的人员、设备、物料和管理因素进行分析。在此基础上,提出了提高煤矿综采工作面生产效率的方法,即加强现场生产组织协调、保障后勤物料供应和健全区队管理制度。

Improving production efficiency is the source of increasing economic profit and a key to reduce enterprise costs. Based on production practice of fully-mechanized coal mining, 4M management system analyzes personnel influences, equipments, materials and management factors of production efficiency, puts forwardways of improving production efficiency, to strengthen the site organization and coordination, ensure logisticalsupplies and perfect district team management system.
