金凤煤矿为神宁煤业集团马家滩矿区年产400万t的大型现代化矿井,2008年8月开始建设,2011年10月建成,2013年达产410万t。在全矿生产的紧张时期,采取了精益化管理为主,配合岗位标准作业流程、新技术新工艺的推广应用,以及重大灾害防治等多项保障措施,确保了金凤煤矿的安全、健康发展。

Jinfeng coal mine produces 4 million tone coals every year for Majiatan coal mine of ShenhuaNingxia Coal Industry Group, built in August, 2008, completed in October, 2011, up to 410 million tones in2013. During tense period of coal production, mainly adopted lean-oriented management with position standard operation procedure, popularization and application of new technology, disaster and its prevention mea-sures, to ensure safety and sustainable development of Jinfeng coal mine.
