摘要
红柳煤矿I010205综采工作面回撤通道沿2煤顶板掘进,巷道施工断面大、顶板破碎,围岩受工作面采动影响松散破碎,松动范围较大,局部单纯的采用锚杆支护难以形成稳定拱结构。本文采用理论分析、现场观测、实践应用进行研究、探索,结合施工工艺探讨与研究,进一步完善了巷道锚固设计方法及支护参数的选取,实行注浆加固措施,对巷道支护方式及参数进行分段合理优化,对顶板破碎段提出了锚网索+喷浆+注浆锚索的控制方法,围岩控制效果良好,确保了工作面支架的安全快速回撤,为红柳煤矿今后复合型顶板综采工作面回撤通道的顶板支护提供可靠的技术保障。
Hongliu coal mine I010205 fully mechanized face dismantling tunnel through 2 proof tunnelingwith large road section, broken roof, surrounding rock is loose and broken influenced by working face, largeloose range, bolt supporting adopted in local can't form stable arch structure. The paper adopts theory analysis, field observation, practice application and research, exploration, discusses with construction technology, improves and optimizes design method of roadway anchor and support data chosen, takes measure of slip-casting consolidation, puts forward bolt-mesh-anchor+whitewashing+injection and cable control method, good effect of surrounding rock control, to ensure working face support tunnel rapidly, and offers the reliable techno-logical guarantee for composite roof fully mechanized face dismantling tunnel of Hongliu coal mine.
