摘要
某发电公司#4机组在调试启动过程中,出现了汽轮机#5轴承金属温度异常升高而紧急停机的典型故障,通过分析发生的过程和原因,主要是轴瓦自位性不良,采取的扩大间隙等措施,消除了轴承金属温度高的问题,为今后同类型机组在处理类似事故时提供参考。
In debugging process of#4 unit in a power company, has some typical problems of No.5 bearingmetal abnormal temperature and emergency stopping of the steam turbine No.5, through process and reasonanalysis, it is mainly on self-aligning bearing bad, takes clearance and other measures, to provide the refer-ence for eliminating the problem of bearing high temperature, dealing with a similar accident for the sametype unit.
