摘要
根据循环流化床锅炉炉内不同区域的气固流动和传热特点分析,分区段采用不同的传热模型,且利用330MW循环流化床锅炉现场测试数据,为传热模型关键参数的选取提供依据,建立了大型循环流化床锅炉热力校核计算方法,并开发了计算程序。以330MW循环流化床锅炉为工程案例进行了验算,结果表明:各级受热面进出口的烟气温度和蒸汽温度计算值与实际运行值基本一致,计算分析了锅炉各级受热面传热特性和吸热比例。本文所建立的热力校核计算方法和程序,可应用于大型循环流化床锅炉运行问题的原因分析,并帮助制定相应解决措施。
With the experimental data of a 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler, a summary of the existing heat transfer models, a thermal calculation method based on the so called "sectionalized heat transfermodel" together with a calculation software were established for large-scale CFB boilers. The calculationmethod was checked on a 330 MW CFB boiler, results show that the calculated flue gas temperature andsteam temperature at the inlet and outlet of differedt heat transfer surfaces are approximate to the operationalvalues. Heat transfer characteristic and heat absorption ratio of different heat transfer surfaces are analyzed.The thermal calculation method and calculation software built in this paper can be applied in the reasonanalysis of some operating problems for large-scale CFB boilers, and help to obtain the solutions.
