摘要
站台线路由于受条件限制,一直采用人工清筛的方法,而无法使用大型清筛机对其进行道床清筛,人工清筛后的站台线有时不能完全保持道床石碴的清洁度和排水性。经过一段时间的车辆通过后,线路又会出现板结翻浆现象,线路几何尺寸就需要人为经常性的维修,如果采用大型清筛机清筛后,线路的各项指标将会保持3~5年。所以站台的线路清筛是十分有必要的,即保持住了站台线的轨道几何尺寸和线路道床质量,又减少了人工的维修任务和人筛劳动量。
Because of restriction, stops line cannot use large ballast cleaning machine to clean ballast, adoptsmanual cleaning sieve all the time, and it cannot ensure cleanliness and drainage. After a long time vehiclepassing, the line has harden pumping, which needs manual regular maintenance for line geometry. If we uselarge ballast cleaning machine to clean ballast, every line indicators will keep 3~5 years. It is necessary toclean stops line, it can not only ensure track geometry and line ballast quality, but also reduce manual maintenance risk and manual cleaning sieve.
