摘要
通过对咸阳化工工艺副产蒸汽系统腐蚀原因的研究分析,认为蒸汽系统泄漏入CO2酸性气体后,蒸汽及其凝结水系统会产生严重的CO2腐蚀;通过对腐蚀机理的分析,在实践的基础上,提出采取蒸汽系统加胺中和CO2的腐蚀控制措施。实践证明,蒸汽系统加入分散系数较高的环己胺后,其凝结水p H可以稳定控制在8.5左右,从而有效控制蒸汽及其凝液系统的腐蚀。
A description is about research and analysis causative of corrosion in process byproduct steam system of Xianyang Chemical company,and proposed a method of corrosion control. Practice shows that Cyclohexane can be used to corrosion control of condensation water on process byproduct steam.
