摘要
目的研究并分析对住院老年精神分裂症患者使用康复护理的效果。方法收集住院老年精神分裂症患者共63例,从2014年1月开始对患者实施康复护理,将实施前的社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分作为对照组,将实施后的相关数据作为观察组。结果观察组患者的社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在住院老年精神分裂症患者的护理过程中,康复护理有助于降低患者的社会功能缺损,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Rehabilitation Nursing measureson hospitalized elderly schizophrenia.Methods 63 hospitalized elderly patients with schizophrenia treated from January,2014 underwent rehabilitation nursing measures and formed the observation group,while the SDSS scores before the nursing interventions were used in the contrast group.Results The patient＇s SDSS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.ConclusionFor hospitalized elderly patients with schizophrenia,rehabilitation care can help reduce patient＇s social deficits.
