高职护理专业学生人际沟通动机水平及其影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索高职护理专业学生的沟通动机水平及其影响因素,进一步指导护生沟通能力的培养。方法采用一般资料问卷和人际沟通动机量表,对随机抽取的436名高职护生的人际沟通动机进行问卷调查。结果护生沟通动机水平较低,平均得分为(2.66±0.37)分,低于中间值(t=18.95,P<0.01);新生沟通动机水平同高年级护生沟通动机水平有差异;曾担任学生干部、非独生子女和外向型性格的护生人际沟通动机水平高。结论高职护生的人际沟通动机水平不高,护理教育者应根据影响其沟通动机的因素,科学的设置课程体系,改革课程教学手段,搭建沟通教育平台,提高学生沟通动机水平。 Objective To explore higher vocational nursing students' motivational level of communication and the influence factors for instructing them to boost the ability to communicate.Methods The basic information questionnaires and interpersonal communication motivation scales were used to survey the 436 nursing students randomly chosen from higher vocational colleges.Results The nursing students' motivational level of communication was low with the average score being(2.66±0.37),lower than the median(t=18.95,P 〈0.01).There existed difference between the freshmen and the the students from senior classes.Those who were student leaders,non-only children or extroverted turned out to have higher motivational level of communication.Conclusion The vocational nursing students' motivational level of communication is low and related factors should be taken into account for constructing scientific curriculum system and changing the course teaching methods to provide the students with a education platform to boost their motivational level of communication.
