摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低住院患者外出不归率中的实施与体会。方法成立品管圈小组,活动开展前对病人外出不归的现状问题进行要因分析,制定并落实质量改进措施,然后开展活动。结果住院患者外出不归率由活动前的36.29%降低到活动后的12.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过此次QCC活动的开展,不仅能降低住院患者外出不归的状况,保证患者的安全,而且能增强护理人员参与安全管理的意识,提高了护理人员的创造性和团队协作精神。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of quality control circle（QCC）on reducing the no-return rate of inpatients.Methods A QCC was set up to analyze the causes of inpatients＇ no ruturn and to implement improvement measures.Results The rate of inpatients＇ no ruturn declined from 36.29% before intervention to 15.51% after intervention（P 〈0.001）.Conclusion The project of setting up QCC to carry out quality management can not only effectively reduce the rate of inpatients＇ no ruturn and ensure their safety,but can also enhance the consciousness of the nursing staff and improve the nursing staff＇s creativity and team spirit.
