摘要
目的探讨康复运动对冠心病患者心脏自主神经功能的影响。方法 30例冠心病患者作为实验组,30例健康人作为对照组。实验组患者采用个性化康复运动进行治疗,对照组不做处理。比较2组运动前后VLF、LF、HF、TP、LF/HF及心电运动指标。结果 2组治疗前后各频段功率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗前后各频段功率均较低,而In LF/In HF仅在运动前较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与运动前相比,对照组In HF、In LF、In VLF均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的运动后各指标均有较大改善,与运动前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,实验组患者治疗后运动前各频段指标差异均有统计学意义,运动后In HF增高,In LF/In HF降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组患者心率增值、最大收缩压、最大舒张压、心率-血压乘积、最大ST段压低和最大运动负荷均有较大程度的改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复运动对冠心病患者心脏自主神经功能有积极的调节作用。
Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation exercise on cardiac autonomic nerve function of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Thirty patients with coronary heart disease were selected as experimental group and thirty health people were selected as control group. The experimental group was treated with rehabilitation exercise,while the control group was not treated with any therapies. The VLF,LF,HF,TP,LF / HF and ECG exercise index before and after the movement were compared in both groups. Results There were significant differences in each frequency power before and after treatment in both groups( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group,the each frequency power before and after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the In LF / In HF was significantly higher before exercise( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the In HF,In LF and In VLF after exercise significantly decreased in the control group( P〈0. 05). There were significant differences in each frequency power before exercise in the experimental group before and after treatment,and the In HF significantly increased and In LF / In HF significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the heart rate increment,the largest diastolic blood pressure,rate- pressure product,maximal ST segment depression and maximal exercise load significantly improved in the experimental group when compared with those before treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise plays a positive role in regulating cardiac autonomic nerve function of patients with coronary heart disease.
