针刺、豁痰息痉汤联合西药对脑梗死合并癫痫患者神经功能的影响

Influence of acupuncture combined with huotan xijing decoction and western medicine on neurological function of cerebral infarction patients with epilepsy

目的探讨针刺、豁痰息痉汤联合西药对脑梗死合并癫痫患者神经功能的影响。方法选取脑梗死合并癫痫患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者入院后给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加以针刺联合豁痰息痉汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状自评量表评分(SCL-90),用美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)对患者治疗前后神经功能进行评定。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组患者的76.67%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后的SCL-90评分和NIHSS评分较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后的SCL-90评分和NIHSS评分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死合并癫痫患者,采用针刺、豁痰息痉汤联合西药能显著提高治疗效果,改善神经功能。

Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture combined with huotan xijing decoction and western medicine on neurological function of cerebral infarction patients with epilepsy. Methods Sixty cerebral infarction patients with epilepsy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with huotan xijing decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,the symptom checklist score（ SCL-90） were compared betweeen two groups,and the NIHSS was used to assess the neurological function of patients before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 76. 67% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,SCL-90 and NIHSS scores in both groups decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,and the SCL-90 and NIHSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For cerebral infarction patients with epilepsy,acupuncture combined with huotan xijing decoction and western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and neurological function.
