连续完全遮盖法治疗儿童屈光参差性弱视的近期疗效

Recent efficacy of continuous complete covering method in treatment of children with anisometropic amblyopia

目的探讨连续完全遮盖法治疗儿童屈光参差性弱视的近期疗效。方法选取88例患儿（99眼）,给予常规治疗和连续完全遮盖法,观察治疗后相关指标变化。结果屈曲性质上,近视痊愈率49.18%,显效率21.31%,远视痊愈率34.21%,显效率39.47%。注视性质上,中心痊愈率57.41%,显效率27.78%,总有效率94.44%,偏心痊愈率31.11%,显效率35.56%,总有效率84.45%。戴镜年龄上,3-6岁痊愈率49.21%,总有效率92.07%,7-13岁痊愈率36.11%,总有效率77.78%。屈曲程度上,轻度痊愈率48.49%,总有效率100%;中度痊愈率35.56%,总有效率88.89%;重度痊愈率14.28%,总有效率58.14%,轻度与中、重度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前后视力、AULCSF、Smax、Frmax比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论连续完全遮盖法治疗儿童屈光参差性弱视的近期疗效较满意。

Objective To explore the recent efficacy of continuous complete covering method in treatment of children with anisometropic amblyopia. Methods A total of 88 children（ 99eyes） were selected and treated with conventional treatment and continuous complete covering method. Changes of relevant indicators after treatment were compared. Results For buckling property,cure rate of myopia was 49. 18%,explicit efficiency was 21. 31%,cure rate of hyperopia was34. 21%,and explicit efficiency was 39. 47%. For nature of attention, center cure rate was57. 41%,explicit efficiency was 27. 78%,and the total effective rate was 94. 44%. Eccentric cure rate was 31. 11%,explicit efficiency was 35. 56%,and the total effective rate was 84. 45%. For the age with spectacles,cure rate of children age 3 to 6 was 49. 21%,and the total effective rate was92. 07%. Cure rate of children age 7 to 13 was 36. 11%,and the total effective rate was 77. 78%.For buckling extent,cure rate of mild degree was 48. 49%,and the total effective rate was 100%.Cure rate of moderate degree was 35. 56%,and the total effective rate was 88. 89%. Cure rate of severe degree was 14. 28%,and the total effective rate was 58. 14%. There were significant differences between mild degree and moderate degree,severe degree（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in vision,AULCSF,Smaxand Frmaxbefore and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Continuous complete covering method can achieve satisfactory recent efficacy in treatment of children with anisometropic amblyopia.
