探究电气工程中供电系统的施工管理

Inquiry into the construction management of power supply system in electrical engineering

供电系统的施工容易对人身安全造成威胁,其技术难度也比较大。如果施工管理意识跟不上去,轻则导致电气工程施工质量下降以及安全隐患增加,重则会导致整个项目的失败。针对供电系统施工过程中易发生的问题进行阐述与分析,并提出相应的解决措施,同时将对管理内容上提出一些切实可行性意见。其主要管理措施有:严格审核工程图纸,加强施工质量监督,加强用电安全教育工作,有效应用现代施工管理理念,切实缩减施工成本。

With relatively large technical difficulty,the construction of power supply system is easy to threaten personal safety. If consciousness of construction management does not follow up,it will lead the quality of electrical engineering construction to decrease and security risks to increase,and even cause the failure of the whole project. The paper elaborates and analyzes the problems easy occuring in the construction process of the power supply system,and puts forward corresponding solutions as well as some feasible suggestions on management,including：strictly audit engineering drawings,strengthen construction supervision,strengthen education on safe use of electricity,and effectively apply modern construction management ideas to reduce construction cost.
