摘要
在能源安全当中,能源的运输方式起到了关键的作用;其中,管道运输由于具有经济、安全、效率高和距离长等优势,成为了能源运输当中的最主要方式之一,并受到了非常广泛的应用。当前,通过长输管道输送油气已经在实践中普及开来。而长输管道质量的优劣取决于管道焊接施工技术,现实中几乎无法实现100%的焊接合格率。然而在具体应用过程当中,管道焊接施工存在着很多缺陷。文章将对长输管道焊接施工中常见的焊接缺陷进行分析,并在此基础上进一步探究其防治方案。
Ways of energy transportation plays an important role in maintaining energy security. Due to the advantages of economy,security,high efficiency and long distance,pipeline transportation becomes the one of the main ways of energy transportation,and has been very applied widely. At present,transmission of oil and gas through long distance pipeline has been popularized in practice. The quality of long distance pipeline depends on the pipeline welding technology,in reality,it is almost impossible to achieve 100% of the qualified rate of welding. However,in the actual application process,there are many defects in pipeline welding construction. This article will analyze the common welding defects in the long distance pipeline welding construction,and further explore its prevention and control program.
