With the prosperity of the market economy,the development of the construction industry is increasing and the scale of the project continues to expand. For a construction enterprise,the archives management is an important basis for acceptance of the project,and it is also the guarantee for the enterprise＇s scientific decision,so the file management of construction projects is of significance for the development of large-scale enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes difficulties and the status of the current construction project file management,and makes in-depth study of measures for it,so as to improve the quality and level of construction project archives management.
