锡林郭勒盟2010-2014年人间布鲁杆菌病监测结果分析

Monitoring results analysis of human brucellosis in Xilin Gol league during 2010- 2014

目的掌握锡林郭勒盟人间布鲁杆菌病（简称布病）疫情动态、流行规律,评价防控效果。方法对与牲畜及畜产品有接触的7~70岁组重点人群进行流行病学调查及血清学检查。结果 2010-2014年锡林郭勒盟共采集和检测血清106 768份,其中阳性5 481份,各年阳性率分别为12.29%、12.38%、9.13%、3.13%和4.60%;发病1 908人,各年发病率分别为7.29%、7.93%、2.81%、0.67%和0.66%;患病3 861人,各年患病率分别为9.95%、14.71%、8.22%、1.51%和2.45%,均呈逐年下降趋势。感染人群主要为牧民和农民,年龄主要集中在20~59岁年龄组。结论锡林郭勒盟布病防控工作取得一定成效,但防控形势依然严峻,防控工作仍需常抓不懈。

Objective To master epidemic dynamic and popular rule of human brucellosis in Xilin Gol league,and to evaluate the effect of prevention and control measures. Methods To investigate and examine 7 ~ 70 years old crowd who contacted with animals and animal products. Results Collected and detected 106 768 serum samples during 2010- 2014, positive serum samples were 5 481, the positive rate was respectively12. 29%,12. 38%,9. 13%,3. 13%,and 4. 60%; new patients were 1 908,the incidence rate was respectively 7. 29%,7. 93%,2. 81%,0. 67%,and 0. 66%; brucellosis patients were 3 861,prevalence rate was respectively 9. 95%,14. 71%,8. 22%,1. 51%,and 2. 45%,declining year by year. Infected people are mainly herdsmen and farmers, age mainly concentrated in the 30 ~ 59 years old age group. Conclusions The brucellosis prevention and control work has been achieved certain results,but the prevention and control of the situation is still grim,prevention and control work still needs unremitting efforts.
