摘要
目的探讨降压舒心操对临界高血压患者血压及心理状况的影响。方法 120例临界高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用步行方法训练,观察组采用降压舒心操训练。观察比较两组的临床效果。结果两组患者训练后收缩压与舒张压均低于训练前(P<0.05);且观察组训练后的舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者训练后的焦虑、抑郁评分均优于训练前(P<0.05);且观察组强迫症状、焦虑及抑郁评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降压舒心操应用于临界高血压患者中,能够降低患者的血压,改善患者的心理状态,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate influence by step-down comfortable exercise on blood pressure and psychological status in borderline hypertension patients. Methods A total of 120 borderline hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received walking training, and the observation group received step-down comfortable exercise. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After training, both groups had lower systolic pressure and diastolic pressure than those before training (P〈0.05). The observation group also had lower diastolic pressure than the control group (P〈0.05). Both groups had better scores of anxiety and depression than those before training (P〈0.05). The observation group had better scores of obsessive-compulsive symptom, anxiety and depression than the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of step-down comfortable exercise in borderline hypertension patients can decrease their blood pressure and improve psychological status. This method is worth clinical promoting.
