单纯瘤体切除与局部药物注射治疗牙龈瘤

Simple tumor resection and local drug injection in the treatment of epulis

目的探讨一种创伤小、保留患牙且复发率低的牙龈瘤的治疗方法。方法 160例门诊诊断明确的牙龈瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。对照组按传统手术术式,在切除瘤体的同时,拔除病变所波及的牙齿,并去除病变所波及的牙周膜、骨膜及邻近的骨组织;治疗组则在单纯瘤体切除的同时,局部注射平阳霉素和地塞米松、甲硝唑混合液。比较两组的感染率和复发率。结果对照组与治疗组感染率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用单纯瘤体切除与局部药物注射相结合是保留患牙的一种简单、有效的方法。

Objective To investigate a treatment method for epulis with minimal trauma, teeth reservation and low recurrence rate. Methods A total of 160 diagnosed epulis patients were randomly into treatment. group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery method, with removal of all involved teeth, parodontium, periosteum and closed bone tissue during tumor resection. The treatment group received local injection of pingyangmycin, mixture of dexamethasone and metronidazole during tumor resection. Comparison was made on infection rate and recurrence rate between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of infection rate and recurrence rate between the control group and the treatment group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of simple tumor resection and local drug injection is an easy and effective method in the treatment＇of epulis.
