紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果。方法 60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予紫杉醇,研究组给予紫杉醇脂质体,两组患者均联合使用顺铂治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、毒副反应等。结果对照组和研究组治疗1个疗程后,治疗的总有效率分别为20%和40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在化疗过程中,对照组发生不良反应10例(33.3%),研究组为4例(13.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞癌能降低不良反应发生,改善患者生存质量且具有较好的疗效,临床值得推广运用。
