摘要
目的探讨海上应急医学救援模块化组合设置与应用等相关问题。方法按照模块化原理,对海上应急医学救援力量进行模块化设置。结果模块化设置后海上应急救援队出动效率加快一倍、编组人员减少20%、组训时间节约50%、药材储备减少40%以上。结论模块化设计为海上应急医学救援实现反应迅速、机动灵活、保障有力进行了有益探索,下一步需在标准化、全能化、系统化、实战化、一体化方面继续完善。
Objective To explore the setting and application of modules of the marine emergency medical rescue force. Methods According to the modularization principle, the modules of marine emergency medical rescue force were set. Results With the use of modules, the deployment efficiency of marine emergency medical rescue team increased by 100%, and the number of persons reduced by 20%, the time of training by 50%, and medical supplies reserve by over 40%. Conclusions The modular design promotes responsive, flexible and effective marine medical emergency rescue. The next step is to realize a standardized, universal, systematic, practical, and integral system.
