济南军区某部队气道工具使用的现况调查

Investigation on Airway Tools Used of An Army of Ji＇nan Military Area

目的了解某部队官兵对气道工具的使用情况，为战现场气道工具使用的培训提供参考。方法采用自行涉及的调查问卷对济南军区450名官兵进行气道工具使用情况的现况调查。结果30．54％的单兵表示不知道有手法开放气道，仅有14．03％的单兵表示会熟练使用手法开放气道。仅有5．67％的单兵表示会使用鼻咽通气道；仅有13．55％的单兵表示会使用口咽通气道。10．34％的军医和卫生员会熟练使用鼻咽通气道和VI咽通气道，仅有4人会使用喉罩，没有人了解喉通气管。结论该部队官兵对气道工具的使用情况掌握较差，应加强气道工具使用情况尤其是手法开放气道、鼻咽通气管、口咽通气道的使用的培训，对提高单兵战现场自救互救能力具有重要意义。

Objective To know the airway tools use of soldiers and medics and provide the reference of airway tools for the training on the battle field. Methods 450 soldiers and medics were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results 30.54% of the soldiers did not aware of approaches to open the airway,5.67% of the soldiers can use the nasopharyngeal airway; and only 13.55% of them can use the oropharyngeal airway. 10.34% of the medics can use the nasopharyngeal airway and oropharyngeal airway skilled, only 4 medics can use the laryngeal mask,no one know the laryngeal tube. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training of the use of airway tools both for the soldiers and for the medics, which can improve the self and mutual rescue ability on the battle field.
