摘要
高坝通航垂直升船机具有提升高度大、安装高差大、施工安装精度高、工艺复杂、无同类经验可借鉴等特点。本文以三峡升船机为例,根据对垂直升船机机理的研究,通过模型设计、模拟实验和试算、精密平差、测量实践与验证等手段,进行了高坝垂直升船机精密安装测量技术的研究,其成果成功应用于工程实践,达到了预期的效果,并具有较强的推广意义。
High dam navigation vertical ship lift is characterized by high lifting height, large installation height difference, high construction installation precision, complex process, insufficient similar experience as reference, etc. In the paper, Three Gorges ship lift is adopted as an example. High dam ship lift precise installation and measurement technology is studied through model design, simulated experiment and trial, precise adjustment, measuring practice, verification and other means based on the research for the mechanism of vertical ship lift. The results are successfully applied in engineering practice, thereby reaching anticipated effect with stronger promotion significance.
