先进的管理理论是抓好工作的基础,优秀的管理方法是提升管理水平的催化剂。QC小组是企业中群众性质量管理活动的一种有效的组织形式,是职工参加企业民主管理的经验与现代科学管理方法相结合的产物。利用QC活动的理论方法来提高安全管理水平本身就是一种创新,为安全管理方法提供了新的思路。在施工项目安全生产中,如何让QC活动有效地促进安全管理,改进管理思路,是我们一直在探索、实践的目标。本文以施工项目安全管理工作为实例,探讨如何运用QC理论方法提高安全生产管理水平。

Advanced management theory is the basis for controlling construction. Excellent management method acts as catalyst to improve the management level. QC group is an effective organization mode of mass quality management activity in the enterprise, and it is the product of combining employees＇ experience to participate in enterprise democratic management and modern scientific management method. Theory method of Qc activity is utilized to improve safety management level, which is regarded as an innovation. New concept is provided for safety management method. In construction project safety production, how to effectively promote safety management and improve management concept by QC activities is the goal of exploration and practice. In the paper, construction project safety management work is adopted as an example for discussing how to apply QC theory method for improving the management level of safety production.
